Q: How long does it take to process & ship orders?
A: All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday after 9:00 a.m., will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. International orders may be delayed one business day. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day (Please Note: All products we have can't be ship outside the usa, customers need to email us before ordering, customers, must have a paypal account or use US Postal Money Order Only). All who use P.O. Box need to email us first before ordering, we don't ship some products to P.O. Box. Their will be a fee to ship to P.O.Box. A: Yes, we will SHIP internationally into Canada only via the US Postal Service Global Express. Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns.
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".
