[Q-5] How can I use PayPal?

[A.] U.S. customers with U.S. "confirmed" delivery addresses (same as billing address) may pay through PayPal at no charge to customer. Electronic Check (e-check) or "Instant Payment" may be used with your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, it usually takes only a few moments to set one up.

[Q-6] What is the time limit on your "Unlimited Return Privilege"?

[A.] When you receive our merchandise and you don't like it, just email us and we will take it back, 1 business day after you receive the merchandise.

[Q-7.] Can I send you a personal check ?

[A.] Our banks tells us that out of state checks may still take 4 weeks to clear, so we return them to the sender rather than put a hold on the order for 4 weeks. We suggest that customers use PayPal or send a U.S. Postal money order so we can ship with 3 to 4 business days. PayPal "e-checks" clear in 4 workdays. Customers can use their checks at paypal.

[Q-8] How often does your website/merchandise change?

[A.] Every day, all day long, because it is so large, and new merchandise arrives daily, maintenance & price reductions are a full time job.

[Q-9] How do I know how much my shipping will cost?

[A.] That depends on the weight of the box, the size, and the zip code. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when we send invoice from paypal payment. [Q-10] How long does it take to get my delivery?

[A.] Depending on how busy we are, and how detailed an order is, it usually takes us 2 to 4 business days, "BEFORE" it's ready to give to U.P.S. "AFTER" UPS has picked up the shipment, for example: - to California, it takes 1 or 2 business days - going to the east coast like Florida, it takes 1 week.

[Q-11] Can I send you a money order for the entire amount including shipping?

[A.] Yes, we'll fill the order including shipping cost, up to the amount sent, if there's a credit, an immediate refund may be issued or a credit will carry over to the next order. UPS will require an adult signature at time of delivery.

[Q-12] Do you have a showroom, can I visit you in Minnesota?

[A.] No, we are not set up for customers to come into our warehouse.

[Q-13] Do your sizes run "true"?

[A.] This is a nationwide industry problem. Terrell's buys from 100's of manufacturers & every manufacturer cuts any size they want and puts on any size label they want to. The problem is getting worse everyday - now there's a new category called "plus size juniors" for heavyset teenagers. We do our best to inform you of the closest size category we think the clothes are in. The good news is that many of the new fabrics being used today are very, very stretchy and fit several sizes.

[Q-14] Can I get measurements before Ordering?

[A.]Yes, just email us terrellsretail@msn.com .

[Q-15] What happens if I miss a shipment?

[A.] First, call UPS immediately at 1-800-742-5877, and ask them if you can put it on "will call" - this means you're going to pick it up. If it's too late, and the box is coming back to us, then the customer must PREPAY the exact amount for the shipping before we can reship that box. If the customer does not request reshipping, and the order is put back into inventory, the customer is billed: "a 20% order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking fee"; plus the UPS shipping charge, minus the down payment/security deposit. (Yes, we do report to credit agencies.)

[Q-16] I live outside the U.S., how do I go about getting my order?

[A.] We at this time don't ship outside the USA. We are going to start this program later this year, we suggest customers join paypal payment, because this is who we will use to process your credit card.

[Q-17] Is all your merchandise pictured on your website or classified ad?

[A.] No, never - new merchandise arrives most days and it takes several days to get new items on the website. Many individual items (like in the category of short summer dresses for juniors) never get a picture on the website because there are just way too many different styles, but we always give customers the largest assortment of styles & colors of an item to help them have the biggest selection.

[Q-18] Do I need to pay sales tax?

[A.] Sales tax will be charged on Minnesota orders only if Terrells does not have resale certificate on file prior to shipping. Their no taxes on clothing in Minnesota.

[A.] When checking out at paypal, customers can give us all information you want us to know, color, sizes ect. in the note box.
