I've been burned by more weight loss scams then I care to admit. There was the juice diet, the ab gadget, and just about every diet pill sold in stores or online. I thought I knew everything about nutrition, combining foods, keeping my metabolism running high, and how to pack on lean muscle so my body is burning calories 24 hours a day. But I was wrong.
I read about the book Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle (Burn the Fat for short) in a online forum. I figured it was just another scam - more of the same old hype - it wasn't. This book is huge, around 300 pages, and it's the most advanced weight loss system I've ever seen, and I've seen them all. As soon as I began implementing the steps in the book my hunger disappeared and fat started melting away.
I've always been a stubborn loser. The only time I've ever lost a significant amount of weight was when I cut back to 1,000 calories a day for 2 months. It almost put me in the hospital, but I lost weight. Of course I killed my metabolism and gained it all back plus 19 pounds after I went back to a normal diet.
