Years of research has gone into perfecting the diMedici scale and mechanism design. This design is unique in that it preserves the aesthetic of a classic instrument by retaining features such as keys with sculpted French pointed arms. A feature not found on many brands today. diMedici artisans realize the great responsibility of this, for a key with French arms must have a perfectly seated pad or the aesthetic has no meaning. Tone:
This flute has a lovely sweet full tone from low to high. It moves well, with quick articulation and speed, while maintaining a smooth overall tone. It has a lighter brighter tone as compared to our Gemeinahrdt 10ASH (smooth, great projection), and Gemeinardt A225 (deep rich tone, great projection).
Keys and Mechanisms:
It features styled keys that are very comfortable. The mechanisms are fast, even, and flawless.
