Head joints
As you may already know, the headjoint provides 80% or more of the sound and performance of a flute, assuming that the flute body, pads, keys and mechanisms are adjusted correctly and of high quality.
At Winds101, we offer our customer a custom tailored flute, with change of headjoint to suit their playing style. This Yamaha can easily be upgraded now or at any time in the future with a Prof. Grade headjoint, such as a Landell hand cut, Miyazawa, Haynes, and others.
