Majority of our items are drop-ship and available to be shipped in 24 to 48 hours from the order date. On rare occasions some items are sold out faster than we can re-order them and will be placed on backorders. You will receive an email notification when an item is backordered or out of stock.

Return Policy

Customer may return the product purchased from http://www.terrellsretail.com or http://www.usfreeads.com within (5) days of delivery of the order. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Customer may request a replacement product otherwise credit will be issued.
20% restocking fee applied to your return. Shipping cost is non refundable.

Items with manufacturer's defects :
Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization. All of the defective cellular phones must be returned to the manufacturer.

How to return an item:

Please have your order number available. When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.

Returns must be new condition.
Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
All returns must be received by Terrell's Retail within 5 days from the RMA number issuing date.

Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 5 days of delivery of the order.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Terrell's Retail . insures all packages before shipping for the full value of the order. If your order was lost or damaged a claim needs to be filed with FedEx. To file a claim please contact FedEx at 800-463-3339 You will need to provide the tracking number and proof of purchase. For proof of purchase you may use your order confirmation email. ALL Claims must be filed within 21 days or sooner. Claims filed after 21 days will be denied.

Return Policy On Jewelry

Please note that there will be a 50% restocking fee on certified Jewelry. Any item(s) that will be returned to us would have to be verified by a certified jeweler and will take 5 to 10 business days for items to return to our warehouse.
