The multipurpose DuoMat is ideal for nonstick baking, kneading and rolling dough or making confectionary creations. By fusing together two nonstick surfaces chefs can prepare, bake and create confections— all on the same mat. One side of the DuoMat is silicone and the other side is a patented nonstick surface. By placing the silicone side down DuoMat becomes a non-slip and nonstick work surface. Once prep work is done, DuoMat can go directly into the refrigerator or oven.

BAKING: Use either side of the DuoMat as a nonstick baking surface for all of your baking needs. For nonstick baking simply place the DuoMat on the bottom of your pan.
BREADS AND PASTRIES: Place the non-slip silicone surface down on your countertop. This creates the ideal non-slip surface for kneading bread or rolling pastry dough. Transfer the completed bread or pastry on the mat directly to your freezer or oven.
CONFECTIONARY CREATIONS: The DuoMat temperature resistant work surfaces are ideal for creating chocolates, candies, caramels and other delicate confectionary creations. Simply form the creations on the DuoMat, chill, and let set. Your confectionary creations will slide off with ease.

Return Policy:

All returns covered under our 7-day return policy are subject to the following:

Defective Returns: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Terrells Retail MUST accompany ALL returns and be printed on the outside portion of the shipping box in order to avoid refusal.

ALL returns sent without an RMA number will be refused, no exceptions.

RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 7-days from date of receipt which will be valid only for 4 days from date of issuance, and are issued only once. No other RMA numbers will be issued after this time frame.

After the 7-day warranty period, all product returns must be handled by the respective manufacturer.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE FREIGHT PRE-PAID. We recommend you use FedEx, UPS, or Insured mail. Please make sure your package is sent with a tracking number to avoid loss or confusion.

All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse.

All products must be returned in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, along with a copy of your invoice.

Products returned without original packaging, accessories, and documentation, cannot be accepted and will be returned at customer’s expense.

The Terrells Retail cannot and will not accept items that are shown to have been abused, altered, or broken, whether accidental or intentional, even if within the 7 day warranty period.

Product’s that are defective can only be exchanged for the same product. No exceptions. If We are unable to exchange an item for the same, or a replacement of equal or greater value within a reasonable time frame, you will be issued an in-store credit.

Non-Defective Returns: Any returns found to be non-defective and in working order are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all non-product-related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.

All related Fee’s (shipping, handling and return shipping fee’s) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. Unless, in result of our error.
