How Can I Change An order Or Make An Address Correction?
Due to our high volume all orders go directly to the shipping floor within hours. We are unable to modify your order once it has been placed. Please make sure all information is correct before processing your order.
P.O. Box Address:
As of 2004 all P.O. Box shipments will be shipped within 2-5 days of the order. There will be additional charge for P.O. Box shipments just the normal $7.95 plus shipping Fee will apply to all continental U.S. shipments.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $7.00-$8.00 depending on the weight of the package.
APO FPO (All other U.S. Military)

Hawaii & Alaska Customers

We will ship by U.S. Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package. when processing your order. There will be a $10.00 additional charge for orders placed that are being shipped to Alaska & Hawaii.
Puerto Rico Customers :
Your order will be shipped either by U.S. Priority Mail or FedEx 2nd Day Air. You can specify in the comments box section when processing the order as to which carrier you prefer to have your order shipped. Please provide a full shipping address, do not abbreviate the shipping address as the order will be delayed if the address is abbreviate. International Orders:

At this time we have stopping shipping our products to Canada due to the extremely high Taxes imposed by Canadian customs.
International:
We do not ship International Orders at this time.
How We Ship:
Terrell's Retail Merchandise, uses both FedEx Ground and UPS Ground to ship orders.
Money Orders:
Make money orders (no checks will be accepted) payable to Terrell's Retail Merchandise 3033 30th Avenue South Minneapolis, Mn 55406.
Return Policy/Exchange
You have 5 days to exchange or 25 days return any item. For the fastest and easiest service, please follow these guidelines:
1. List The Item(s) that you are returning
2. Note the reason for the return or exchange.
3. If you are exchanging an item please check our site for stock availability and let us know what you would like to
replace the item with.
4. We highly recommend packages that are being sent back to our warehouse be sent by UPS Ground or FedEx,
or any carrier that can provide tracking information. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
5. We do not refund shipping charges on Returned orders.
We offer one exchange per order. If a second exchange is needed a $14.95 charge
cover the shipping back to you (All Merchandise must be new and a tags ect.

Cancelling / Forwarding Orders
Terrell's Retail Merchandise , reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Customers will be charged a fee of $10-$15 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier. Due to or volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please email us with 8 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $10 charges for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.
Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, store credit, or money back refund. All returns must be made within 25 days of invoice date. No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange.
