Shipping & Returns
Ordering:
1) Every attempt will be made to ship orders that are received by 1:00 PM CST on normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) on the same or next day that the order is received contingent upon availability of resources to fill your order. There will be no refunds for shipping charges or handling fees due to delayed shipping.
2) Each order will be sent direct to your "send to" address, as per your ordering credit card at paypal.
Shipping:
1) Orders are shipped via FedEx (or competitive service determined by Terrell's Retail) unless otherwise requested. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select are all available options. Additional services such as delivery confirmation are also available at cost.
2) Terrell's DO NOT ship orders worldwide at this time.
Backorders/Substitutions:
1) If any products do become backordered that you have ordered you will be notified and customers can get a refund or product will be ship at the time the item come back instock.
Cancellations:
1) Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Shipment generally occurs at 2:00 PM CST Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
2) Orders can also be cancelled if they are on backorder.
3) If a problem exists on an order, it may be cancelled, at our sole discretion, 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left informing you of such an issue.
Returns:
1) All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized Terrell's Retail representative. Product returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion and will be refused).
2) At our discretion, all non-defective returns MAY be assessed a 20% restocking fee within 5 days of shipping. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
3) Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging.
4) Product can be returned to Terrell's Retail within 3 days of sale.
5) Special orders or closeouts may not be eligible for return.
6) Returns will not be accepted after 4 days after shipping, regardless of reason.
Refusals and Non-Deliverables:
1) Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and return service charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all merchandise less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges and handling fees will not be refunded on refused orders.
Damages:
1) Terrell's Retail will be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipment and will generally replace these orders free of charge. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
