Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, we collect sales tax of 6.50% on all orders shipped to Minnesota only.
What is the delivery time for orders?
The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your destination. Please refer to FedEx time in transit information for each shipping option. We have some products that can take 5 to 7 days to ship.
Which shipping method do you offer?
FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air are the available shipping options. USPS is used to ship orders to PO Boxes only their is a fee of $5.00 plus the shipping cost to ship this products to a Post of Box.
How do you calculate shipping charges?
Shipping is added when checking out at paypal. If mailing a US Postal Money, email us your shipping address and zip code and we can get the shipping cost.
How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Once the package is shipped a tracking will be email to your email.
Refused Delivery:
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways).
If the item has been received to our warehouse after 10 days of the delivery, at our discretion, we will either accept return and 50% restocking fee will apply or the merchandise will be returned back to the customer at their expense for all shipping and handling costs.
When requesting RMA# we will send an exchange to our customer if the merchandise is defective.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 9 days from the date of the delivery. We must be notified of the defect within 3 days of the product delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 10 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
All returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We accept all major credit cards, such as: Visa, Master Card,Echeck, American Express and Discover thur paypal payment. In addition, we accept Postal Money Orders and US cashier's Bank checks ( no merchandise is ship until checks clear our bank).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship some products internationally. However, all international orders must be prepaid with bank wire transfer or must have a paypal account.
