How do I stop smoking? Gosh, how many times have I said that in the past, along with how do I lose weight, how do ...well you get the point but one thing at a time right. Happy to say I have stopped smoking and have been smoke free since Feb 3, 2003. Like most, I had attemtped many times before but it wasn't until I followed this great program that made me realize I was going at it the wrong way.
