Fraud Alert:
After receiving numerous of report, that some company was using email address with terrellsretail. We want all customers to know that all our email are in our classified ads. We only have the following email that we use.

Shipping:
1) Orders are shipped via FedEx (or competitive service determined by Terrells Retail) unless otherwise requested. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select are all available options.

DO NOT ship orders worldwide.
3) Each order will be assessed with the published shipping charge for the particular zone, weight and size. You are responsible for this charge. All shipping is added, unlessthe item is and
oversize products.
Backorders/Substitutions:
1) If any products do become backordered that you have ordered you will be notified. Customers can either have money refund or wait until product come back instock
Cancellations:
1) Orders can be cancelled with 3 to 4 hours after order have been process. Shipment generally occurs at 3:00 PM CST Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
Returns:
1) All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized Terrell's Retail representative. Product returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion may be refused).
2) At our discretion, all non-defective returns MAY be assessed a 20% restocking fee within 5 days of shipping. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
3) Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging.
4) Product can be returned to Terrell's Retail within 7 days of sale.
5) Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your account or give a customers refund.
6) All returns must be returned to Terrell's Retail postage paid regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without shipping or handing charges to the customer.

Special orders or closeouts may not be eligible for return.
8) Returns will not be accepted after 4 days after shipping, regardless of reason.
Refusals and Non-Deliverables:
1) You are responsible for all shipping charges and return service charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all merchandise less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges and handling fees will not be refunded on refused orders.
Damages:
1) Terrell's Retail will be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipment and will generally replace these orders free of charge. All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods.
