Ordering:
1) Every attempt will be made to ship orders that are received by 2:00 PM CST on normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) on the same or next day that the order is received contingent upon availability of resources to fill your order. There will be no refunds for shipping charges or handling fees due to delayed shipping.
2) All orders must include a ship to address. If using a Postal Office Address, email us first,because some of our product we can't use P.O.Box.
3) Each order will be sent direct to customers name and address on credit, we want ship to another address at any time. If customers will like order ship to another address, customers will have to mail order to us, using a postal money order and printing the ad of product and signing it.

Shipping:
1) Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx (or competitive service determined by Terrell's Retail Merchandise) unless otherwise requested. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select are all available options on most products( email us to check before ordering).
2) Terrell's DO NOT ships orders worldwide.
3) Each order will be assessed with the published shipping charge for the particular zone, weight and size. You are responsible for this charge.

Backorders/Substitutions:
1) If any products do become backordered that you have ordered you will be notified. Customers have choose to ask for refund or wait until product come back and stock and at this time we will ship product. After 30 days we will refund money if products still haven't arrival.

Cancellations:
1) Orders can be cancelled 2 hour after customers have place order. Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
2) Orders can also be cancelled if they are on backorder anytime.
3) If a problem exists on an order, it may be cancelled, at our sole discretion, 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left informing you of such an issue.

Returns:
1) All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized Terrell's Retail representative (Please open an RMA trouble ticket by email any of our email and put RMA Request. Product returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion may be refused).
2) At our discretion, all non-defective returns MAY be assessed a 20% restocking fee within 15 days of shipping. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
3) Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging.
4) Product can be returned to Terrell's Retail within 7 days of sale.
5) Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your account for merchandise costs, and you are responsible for handling the transaction.
6) All returns must be returned to Terrell's postage paid regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without shipping or handing charges to the customer.
7) Special orders or closeouts may not be eligible for return.
9) Returns will not be accepted after 7 days after shipping, regardless of reason.

Refusals and Non-Deliverables:
1) You are responsible for all shipping charges and return service charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all merchandise less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges and handling fees will not be refunded on refused orders.

Damages:
1) Terrell's Retail will be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipment and will generally replace these orders free of charge. All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods.
