A: All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday after 9:00 a.m., will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. International orders may be delayed one business day. All merchandise is guaranteed for 25 DAYS from original date of purchase.
Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns.
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".

Fraud. USA customers ,we will contract Western Union, offer the serial number of your Money Order to them, and they will confirm if it is real or counterfeit. When we received payment via PayPal, customers must be confirm or we only ship to the address on credit card.
