Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 12 pm (noon). For an additional fee a late checkout can be obtained.
RESERVATIONS: A security deposit is required without exception. All phone reservations will be held for a maximum of 3 working days. If your deposit has not been received during that time period, your reservation will be considered "unconfirmed" and the home will be booked for the next party requesting it. Please be advised that there could be a waiting list for the home. Once a customer rents a home they really like, they tend to want to come back to that same home.
Once we have received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation form specifying your arrival and departure dates, the number and size of beds, the items you will need to bring with you and the total costs of the rental.
Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation twenty one(21) days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 8-20 days you will receive 50% of your deposit back. If you cancel after the cancellation period you will forfeit the full deposit
