RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. We will need to send you proper instructions on how and where to return the item(s).

We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a period of 25 days. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

When returning an item, please make sure to use the original packaging with all accessories and owners manual. There is also a 20% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned in exception for hand made jewelry items which cannot be returned or refunded from the time the fabrication begins.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual jewelry size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme close ups of the images.

Due to varying custom laws, we no longer ship outn sizes the USA.

Hand made jewelry items cannot be returned or refunded from the time the fabrication begins.

For hygiene and health purposes, we do not accept any returns and/or exchanges on lingerie items. Please make sure that you have picked the correct size of the item before placing your order.

Packaging: We have taken additional precautions to ensure the product is shipped safely and arrives to the customer undamaged.

Damage, DOA and missing parts: If a product arrives damaged or DOA, you must contact us immediately, the same day customers receive the products. We will determine if the product needs to be replaced or if a replacement part needs to be sent out. If the product needs to be replaced, you will need ship the product back to us and we will send a replacement item via UPS Ground service.

What are "Factory-Reconditioned" products?

Customers return products for many reasons: a customer may change his or her mind, not like the product, or have difficulty operating it. Whether it is returned a month later or only the very next day, such an item must be identified as reconditioned or refurbished to be resold.

How are products reconditioned?

Every product targeted for reconditioning must pass a thorough examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing when necessary, the product is repackaged either by the original manufacturer or a reputable professional outside firm may perform the reconditioning, returning the products to like-new or almost new condition.

How do I identify Factory-Reconditioned products?

We note these products on our site with (R) next to the model number.

Will "Factory-Reconditioned" products come in different packaging?

By law, product packaging must state if an item is factory-reconditioned.

Packaging and terminology differs slightly with each retailer.Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that it's reconditioned, refurbished, or factory serviced. Some items come repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, for example.) that are not included with the reconditioned product.Be sure read over the product information page for a list of included accessories.

New products carry 1 year Manufacturer's warranty and Reconditioned products have a 60 day Manufacturer's warranty.

How do I calculate shipping?

Shipping Is Now Added to shopping. Please note some item are over sizes and we have to add additional Shipping.

Do you accept Other FedEx accounts

Unfortunately, Electronics can only be sent by FedEX. We do use UPS or Post Offfice on some of our items we will let customers know by products customers order .

Inventory

Terrell's Retail , don't physical stock all inventory items that you see in our classified ads or web-site. Majority of our items are drop-ship and available to be shipped in 24 to 48 hours from the order date. On rare occasions some items are sold out faster than we can re-order them and will be placed on backorders. You will receive an email notification when an item is backordered or out of stock.

sales@terrellsretail.com if you wish to find out stock levels of a certain item in advance. Terrell's Retail fulfils over 95% of all orders placed thru our website or classified ads.

Return Policy

Customer may return the product purchased from http://www.terrellsretail.com or http://www.usfreeads.com within (25) days of delivery of the order. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 25 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Customer may request a replacement product otherwise company credit will be issued. 20% restocking fee applied to your return. Customers can also request a Full Refund. Shipping cost is non refundable.

Items with manufacturer's defects :
Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement. Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization. All of the defective cellular phones must be returned to the manufacturer.

Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number.

How to return an item:

For Customer service or Tech support questions Please E-mail us at Sales@terrellsretail.com to notify a defective item and request for an #RMA number. Please, allow 48 hours to respond to your email. Please have your order number available. When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.

Returns must be in like new condition.
Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
All returns must be received by Terrell's Retail within 5 days from the RMA number issuing date.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 5 days of delivery of the order.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

*** Please note that all returns that will be shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and package will go back to the sender.
We recommend returns be made via FedEx insured freight only.

Terrell's Retail Merchandise accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. Please, allow up to 5 business days to process your returns.

Wire Transfer and Money Order Refunds

If you wish to have the credit in your account refunded you must email customer service @ terrellsretail@msn.com with such request. Refund process may take up to 30 days. No exceptions.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Terrell's Retail . insures all packages before shipping for the full value of the order. If your order was lost or damaged a claim needs to be filed with FedEx. To file a claim please contact FedEx at 800-463-3339 You will need to provide the tracking number and proof of purchase. For proof of purchase you may use your order confirmation email. ALL Claims must be filed within 21 days or sooner. Claims filed after 21 days will be denied.
