A: All products are new. We nolonger sell reconditioned products (we are trying to remove these item).

How long does it take to process & ship orders?
A: All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday after 9:00 a.m., will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. International orders may be delayed one business day. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day (

A: Yes, we can ship some products within the United States via the US Postal Service. You must present a PO Box as the delivery address for our US Postal shipping calculator to be activated. We ship into Canada via the US Postal Service . If you would like USPS parcel post delivery you must make a request for this service within the Comment Box of our order form when checking out at paypay. Please be advised a brokers fee and duties may be due upon delivery by the recipient of the package.

A: Yes, we will SHIP internationally into Canada only via the US Postal Service Global Express. We will ship internationally "overseas" via the US Postal Service Global Express to our customer direct. A customs and duty fee may be applied upon delivery to the receipient of the package. A: We ship United Parcel Service regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected. All US Postal Shipments will incur a $5 handling, and all US Postal shipments into Canada will incur a $4 handling fee. All shipping cost is in our shopping cart at paypal. All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.
Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns.
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".

How Do Terrell's prevent internet FRAUD?
A: We don't ship item overseas, to Indonesia, South Africa, Singapore ect, when we are being paid with a Western Union Bid Pay Money Order, are
Fraud. USA customers ,we will contract Western Union, offer the serial number of your Money Order to them, and they will confirm if it is real or counterfeit. When we received payment via PayPal, customers must be confirm or we only ship to the address on credit card.
