As the name implies, this refers to a product that someone bought but merely "opened the box".
What are "Factory-Reconditioned" products?
Customers return products for many reasons: a customer may change his or her mind, not like the product, or have difficulty operating it. Whether it is returned a month later or only the very next day, such an item must be identified as reconditioned or refurbished to be resold.
How are products reconditioned?
Every product targeted for reconditioning must pass a thorough examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing when necessary, the product is repackaged either by the original manufacturer or a reputable professional outside firm may perform the reconditioning, returning the products to like-new or almost new condition.
How do I identify Factory-Reconditioned products?
We note these products on our site with (R) next to the model number.
Will "Factory-Reconditioned" products come in different packaging?
By law, product packaging must state if an item is factory-reconditioned.
Packaging and terminology differs slightly with each retailer.Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that it's reconditioned, refurbished, or factory serviced. Some items come repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, for example.) that are not included with the reconditioned product.Be sure read over the product information page for a list of included accessories.
What makes a "Factory-Reconditioned" item such an excellent purchase?
Factory-reconditioned products maintain high quality standards.
Each item is checked at least twice for proper working condition and quality. In fact, reconditioned goods have a very low (2-percent) cost of return. The price you pay for a reconditioned item is much lower than at retail.
Who is responsible for tax charges?
You will be charged tax when your order is being shipped to Minnesota. Minnesota State Tax is currently at 6.50% .
What is the warranty on products?
New products carry 1 year Manufacturer's warranty and Reconditioned products have a 60 day Manufacturer's warranty.

We will ship your products after your money order, cashiers check, or cash wire have cleared. Please do not send cash.
Your credit card will be charged and invoiced by http://www.paypal.com. Please Note: Do not order unless customer check stock count and get shipping cost. We will add shipping with retail price when customers reply to that ad. Make sure code is place in ad. If customers use paypal payment before email Terrell's will be charge fees that paypal charge us for processing your credit card and refund a credit back to customers. It only take a email to prevent this charge.
If I check Stock Count, Will I still Be Charge?
No, If customers follow our policy of checking stock and shipping cost before using paypal payment we will pay this fee if we run out of and items before the warehouse process your order.

How do I calculate shipping?
"Shipping Calculator" When customers email us to check stock count we will let customers know the shipping at that time.
Do you accept Other FedEx accounts
Unfortunately, Electronics can only be sent by FedEX. We do use UPS or Post Offfice on some of our items we will let customers know by products customers order .
Inventory
Terrell's Retail , don't physical stock all inventory items that you see in our classified ads or web-site. Majority of our items are drop-ship and available to be shipped in 24 to 48 hours from the order date.
On rare occasions some items are sold out faster than we can re-order them and will be placed on backorders. You will receive an email notification when an item is backordered or out of stock.
You may also send an email to Sales Department sales@terrellsretail.com if you wish to find out stock levels of a certain item in advance. Terrell's Retail fulfils over 95% of all orders placed thru our website or classified ads.
Return Policy
Customer may return the product purchased from http://www.terrellsretail.com or http://www.usfreeads.com within thirty (30) days of delivery of the order. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
Customer may request a replacement product otherwise company credit will be issued.
20% restocking fee applied to your return. Shipping cost is non refundable.
Items with manufacturer's defects :
Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization. All of the defective cellular phones must be returned to the manufacturer.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number.
How to return an item:
For Customer service or Tech support questions Please E-mail us at Sales@terrellsretail.com to notify a defective item and request for an #RMA number. Please, allow 48 hours to respond to your email.
Please have your order number available.
When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.
Returns must be in like new condition.
Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
All returns must be received by Terrell's Retail within 5 days from the RMA number issuing date.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 5 days of delivery of the order.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

We recommend returns be made via FedEx insured freight only.
Terrell's Retail Merchandise accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. Please, allow up to 5 business days to process your returns.

Wire Transfer and Money Order Refunds
If you wish to have the credit in your account refunded you must email customer service @ terrellsretail@msn.com with such request. Refund process may take up to 30 days. No exceptions.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Terrell's Retail . insures all packages before shipping for the full value of the order. If your order was lost or damaged a claim needs to be filed with FedEx. To file a claim please contact FedEx at 800-463-3339 You will need to provide the tracking number and proof of purchase. For proof of purchase you may use your order confirmation email. ALL Claims must be filed within 21 days or sooner. Claims filed after 21 days will be denied.
