2.. Once our Return Department received your submission, they will review and contact you back with an RMA number. (NOTE: You will need this number to include in with return package. Any package return to us without the RMA number will not get process.)

How can I find out the shipping cost so that I know to charge my customer?
- Onces customers have email us all of the products you want to order, we will send a shipping chart or let you know the shipping cost of small order.
Do you ship Internationally?
- No, we currently ship within the United States only. We may expand to ship international in the near future.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
- Most Orders are usually shipped 1 to 2 business day except weekend. Order made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be ship out the next following Monday. Please provide a valid mailing address as UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.
What is the delivery time for orders?
- Actual delivery day and time is determined by UPS. Regular ground shipments usually take between 1 to 7 business days depending on your location.
