Our Elk Grove, IL company is looking to hire several people for CNC Mill and Lathe Operator / SetUp with minimum 5 years CNC experience. Candidates must have the ability to do minor program corrections & verify set-ups using measurement tools, read & understand prints to efficiently manufacture close tolerance parts, perform 1 st piece inspections, knowledgeable w/ tool/insert selection & utilizing correct feeds & speeds for materials being machined. Must have extensive experience with the complex parts and they will aid in the quoting process as well as scheduling and set up and production process. Must be familiar with Fanuc Control machines such as: Kuraki, Kitamura, Matssura, Mori Seiki, and Haas machines. Must be familiar with “G” Codes.
