"Keyword Website Traffic:Optimize, Don't stuff!..." Leons' Ole School Tips from the (cript?)!Hi there like minded friends! Leon Johnson here... What I'm about to share is not earth shattering or new. Make your website(s) visible to search engines and the very people you want to find you by using, but not abusing, keywords and phrases related to your topic. 1. Your title should have your keyword in it...2. The first paragraph should have your keyword in it...3. Your keyword should be found in your content paragraphs (don't over do it!)4. Use alternative keywords that your current fans may use that carry the same meaning.FACT: over 90 percent of Internet users find sites through keywords and search engines, and the more relevant information web crawlers (programs that travel the internet “capturing” information for search engine listings; aka., spiders) discover on your web site, the higher up in search results your site will appear. Mention your keywords often, but don’t bludgeon visitors with them. This not only makes for unprofessional copy, it can get your site banned from search engines altogether. Also, be sure you submit your site regularly (monthly) to search engines, either manually or with a submission service. Following are a few web site submission services:1 2 3 Submit PRO : Offers free submission to 21 search engines (including Google) [please contact me for website address] : Free submission to 20 search engines. Google not included. Hint: use this in conjunction with [please contact me for website address] : Free submission service to 20+ top search engines, includes Google, Yahoo and MSN. [please contact me for website address] conclusion my point is for you to use keywords like a well targeted rifle shot that others are most likely to use in an attempt to find you or what it is you want to them find your site under (anything less is like a distant shotgun blast...a lot of hot lead flying but not well targeted).
