This is a rare find. This 1943 Copper Penny (reverse strucked) was found in a roll of pennies that my father was checking back in 1965, I witness him finding and showing me this coin. This year of penny was only struck in steel and only a few were struck in copper. My father did take this coin to two coin dealers back in 1966 and had it authenticated and one of them offered him $1500.00 but he refused to sell it. He past away last year and left me this coin. I have no use for it. This is why I am asking $1500.00 for it but it could be worth alot more but I am no coin expert.
