old but Beautiful Hurricane Lamp

This lamp I believe to be hand painted was my grandmothers. Im not sure how old it is but she passed in 02 at the age of 80 & had it like forever. NO cracks or chips. 22.5" tall...10.5" wide.
Just needs a good cleaning.
