Do you want to compete in OHSET and don't have a horse to ride? Or do you need another horse to do the English events? I get very busy with work during the winter and I would like my horse to have a job. Open to leasing to anyone interested, but special consideration to an OHSET competitor.
Six year old paint mare for lease for the OHSET season. Lease her now and get to know her, then go out and kick butt at the shows. Show her dressage, hunter, equitation, horsemanship, showmanship and trail. Has not been patterned on the gaming events, except poles and she wasn't very good at that. Has been around cows and sheep, but I have never tried working her on cows, so I don't know how she would do. She is a very sensitive horse, but does extremely well for a confident rider. She is NOT suitable for a beginner.
Full lease at your barn (you pay board) with your feed $200/month or $1100 for 6 months November-April. If you qualify for state you will get the month of May free.
Full lease at Oregon Horse Center or Pacifice Equestrian Center with my feed (I pay partial care board and supply feed) $275/month or $1450 for 6 months November-April. If you qualify for state you will get the month of May free.
Lease price includes insurance for the horse. If you would rather insure her yourself, I will cut $25/month off of the lease price. Lessee will be responsible for any non-routine vet care that may be needed during lease.
Please email me for more information. If you are under 18, please have your parent's permission to get a horse.
