Don't listen to the infomercials and pay hundreds of your hard earned dollars on a weight loss program that is impossible to follow or a pill that avoids telling you what it's made of, instead hiring “scientists” to assure you that its effective, having performed a study you can find no record of. That can't be safe!
Stop buying into those liquid fast programs! They can be dangerous and your weight comes right back! Its water weight, think about it. You want to burn FAT!
Stop signing up for weight loss programs that ask you to spend your precious time at meetings that get you nowhere, or maybe help a little only to have you gain all your weight back plus more the minute you stop the program.
Stop relying on having overly processed tasteless meals delivered to you and grudgingly eating them, without being sure what's in it. Maybe you will lose a few pounds (Before gaining it all back when you quit.) but they will also make you unhealthy in the process.
Stop working out hours a day in front of the TV committing to these overly expensive work out programs that promise to help you lose enormous amount of weight and get ripped, only to find that you spent a lot of time and money and either burned out from the intensity or it just flat didn't work.
Don't forget the more traditional route either. Join a gym, spend an insane amount of money, rearrange your schedule to make time, and go in once a week if you're lucky to get the time only to find it full of sleaze bags and half the machines broken. Don't even get started on the music, and of course we can't forget the overpriced supplements and food they offer for sale on top of your ridiculous fee. It seems like you'd at least get a discount on that after signing half your paycheck over for a membership.
It could take you years and can cost you a small fortune to figure out just the right combinations that make some of these weight loss programs works - while others fall flat on their face.
There has to be an easier way, right? I know you've all thought this more than once. Well, rest easy because I'm here to tell you there is.
