What is FPR?
FPR is a membership site where FUNCTION is the basis for PERFORMANCE and REHABILITATION. FPR takes the approach to performance and rehabilitation where sound clinical and evidence based rationale is used for corrective exercise to negate movement impairments and dysfunctions.
