Customer service and sales support for over 26 Resort properties within a very popular resort. This is a service with some sales aspects where performance requirements will include Guest Satisfaction. You will help create magical experiences for guests choosing to spend their celebrations by aiding in the selection of Resorts, Dine Plans, Vacation Protection, Tickets, etc. This opportunity will focus less on initial sales inquiries of guests, and more on upgrading, changing, and taking payments for existing reservations.
