Mashed potatoes crockpot recipe
5 lbs potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
8 oz package of softened cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 teaspoons, onion, or garlic, salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
2 tablespoons of melted butter
Combine all ingredients into slow cooker
Cover and cook on love for 5 to 6 hours.
These potatoes may be prepared 3 days in advance of serving and kept in the refrigerator until ready to use.
I love my crockpot. I think I use it more than I use my oven.
