| | | We are located in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Our stalls are 12 x 12 with windows in each stall, sliding doors, all our stalls have chain link through out for good ventilation. I have 15 acres fenced for stalled horses for their turnout. Then I have 4 separate pastures for pasture board. Each pasture is about 2 to 3 acres each. We have an out door wash area, round pen and 3 riding rings. We have a few light trails for riding. Owner lives on property for security.
Stall Board includes: Stall, shavings, feed twice daily, Hay, minerals, water and daily turnout weather permitting. Fans on each stall in summer time.
We have a tack room 12 x 12 for 1 saddle and 1 small tack box.
