| | | 15.3 hand. 8 year old OTTB for lease. Hunter/jumper/eq prospect. I rescued Ricky from a slaughterhouse in New Jersey about a year ago. He is still green and requires an experienced handler/rider with a bit of compassion for a horse who has had a rough life. However, he is very sweet. He is just getting back into jumping after being treated for severe ulcers, but was schooling 2'3 with room to go higher. Showing is a possibility if you choose, but with the understanding that he has only been to 1 schooling show, but he has great potential.
$350/ month includes your portion of horses care, and your choice of access 3 days per week. As I am in the military, I deploy every so often for 2 weeks, and you could have the option of full access while I am gone at no extra charge. Also included in lease is coaching from me as often as we can work out if you would like. Or you can take lessons with the barns trainer at her normal rates. Ricky is located at J and D acres off of SR 54. However, moving him off property for the right lessor is an option to an approved barn in the NPR/tarpon/Odessa area.
