Navi: She is pretty much breed standard; an expert rodent eliminator, bold and courageous in any and every new situation, and in her maturity has gained a flawless patient attitude that makes her incredibly calm and never loud or annoying. She is crate trained, along with her kin, and will not have an accident as long as the crate is only used as sleeping quarters. She has no chewing tendencies and has never destroyed anything in my home. Navi absolutely adores cats and kittens, enjoys other canine companionship but prefers Cheza in that way, and is too dangerous to be kept around small animals and birds. Her prey drive is too strong. She loves riding in the car but needs to be kept in a crate in a vehicle otherwise her anxiety level is too high and you can see the toll it takes on her. Her two main habits/loves are digging and swimming. I would need her new family to be very understanding and even encouraging of these behaviors. If you have a prized yard that you want to keep flawless then she is definitely not for you. Her main reason for digging is because she can smell those pesky rodents/bugs under the ground and she lives to drag them out and maliciously/adorably kill them, hahaha. Navi also loves to go on walks and any moment of any day that you can take her with you would make everything in her life just perfect. But on the other hand she is also an expert at cuddling and lounging around the house. Her special way of giving very calm and sweet kisses is just to die for. Navi is also a momma through and through. Her baby is her LIFE. They eat together, sleep together, play together, and really are never seen without the other. If Navi goes somewhere then Cheza does too.
Cheza: To preface this, Cheza is a little off. When she was only a few weeks old she took milk down the wrong tube and was given a 50/50 chance of surviving the pneumonia she had acquired. Obviously and luckily she lived through it to grow into a little sausage of a dog. Cheza is a special girl. She loves to give kisses but really uses them more for emotions then anything else. She can be relentless and needs to be reminded to stop at times haha. Other then being around her momma and being around people, Cheza really hasn't figured out how to play with toys or swim or really do much other then be your constant silly companion. She is a bit more demanding but generally just as quiet and listens very well. She also loves going on walks and is overly excited to ride in the car. She has a bad habit of loudly yipping the entire time she is riding in a vehicle. I feel this will get much better the more she is taken out and about. Right now they both are kept at home for the most part and I want more then anything to remedy this. As said before, Cheza is also crate trained but I would like this to be a sleep time ritual only. They are both house trained but have never lived on carpet before. I feel a few accidents might happen but should be easily remedied. I use potty pads when they are in the house and I'm not home but I would almost rather recommend them being kept in a room with hardwood or vinyl floors, outside during the day, or in a place with access to a doggie door.
So really in conclusion I am needing to find these little ones a pretty specific home. I don't mind waiting for an undetermined amount of time to make sure they don't go to the wrong person. I would prefer a home without children, no other pets, and a person/people with enough time and passion to spend with these girls. Email me any time and I can get back to you almost immediately with the power of my smart phone:) My email is: email@example.com. I do not have an adoption fee but the screening for Navi and Cheza's potential new owners will be long and detailed. I also have pictures upon request. Thank you so much for your interest!
