Administrative Assistant - Job Requirement The role of the Administrative Assistant is to support the overall effectiveness, professionalism and success of the team. He/she is responsible for ensuring smooth process flow, communication and execution excellence on all assignments. In addition, the position includes the following duties:
Make travel arrangements and generate expense reports. Sort and distribute mail to group. Exercise discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information. Work independently on assigned Administrative projects Knowledge/Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Windows based computer programs required Prior support staff experience Skills/Abilities: Must provide excellent customer service, understand the business needs, take initiative, possess excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal), have the ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality, and express high standards of professionalism.
