| | | I have a baby Mississippi map turtle that needs a for ever home, it is almost two inches long, is a happy little fella, eats very good and swims fast. I can't tell if it's a male or female due to its size ( is too small, has to be at least 6 months plus to tell). These turtles are very hard to find and great pets and do wonderful in indoor tanks because they stay relatively small. This species, stays small even as adults. Females will grow up to 8-10 inches and if it's a male from 4-6 inches. If you are interested, make sure that you will have what is needed to keep her/him in a good environment. This turtle will require a 30+ gallon tank, plus a heater a basking station, a good filter and a heating light to survive, plus good food, and when it grows larger, you will need a 45-55 gallon tank (you can just get the bigger tank and forget about buying a bigger one later when it grows). I can tell you how to care for the turtle and what I use to clean the tank (with one single baby, you would have to clean it about every two weeks, but when it grows, every week). If you have the right things you will not have any problems. Re-homing fee is $55.00. Only serious enquires please. Email solalinde@hotmail.com or text or call 832-607-9630
