You can attach or detach this TTL shoe-mount flash from the camera with a one-touch quick-lock mechanism that includes a metal foot for added strength and durability. You can control the zooming positions of the fixed condenser lens using the LCD display incorporated in the flash. It automatically zooms on compatible EOS Digital SLR cameras to match the image size. The Canon camera flash operates quieter and recycles 20 percent faster (as compared to the original 430EX).
