ZUMBA is Group Exercise Class Turned Up!
Our Zumba program created by Jennifer Rojas, fuses Latin dance rhythms with easy to follow dance moves. The results of this fusion is a fun workout that feels more like a night out dancing than a “workout” in our fitness studio.
What to expect – Zumba 90 Day Group Fitness Challenge.
A 90 Day Group Fitness Challenge ZUMBA class may be 45 to 55 minutes in length. The class routine features interval training where fast and slow rhythmic movements are combined with resistance training. This combination, along with cardio exercise, helps to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Never danced before? That’s okay!! The dance movements are simple and easy to follow. Our instructors may include moves from Latin dance styles like the salsa, mambo and cha cha cha. Instructors also create an international feel by incorporating other culture dance moves into the mix. So what are you waiting for? At $ 5 dollars a class this is a sure steal.
