Diet Menu For Losing Weight Fast You're probably thinking to yourself right now, "a diet menu for losing weight fast? You're kidding right?" aren't you? It's okay if you are, most people, including myself, thought the same way as well. And with so many different diet programs out there, and other appetite suppressants, exercise regimens, and other products of that nature, you sorta have to wonder. And despite my reservation, I tried a program I was introduced to (and actually amazed by) that builds you a diet menu for losing weight fast!Is This A Special K Type Diet Menu For Losing Weight Fast? Okay, so you're probably saying now to yourself "is this something like one of those Special K diets where you have to eat cereal twice a day and then a light dinner?" and the answer is a solid NO. This is not one of those weird fad type diet menus that requires you to eat the same food every day for 21 days or so in order to lose weight. This is a different diet program than those programs. And besides, I was never into the diets that required the same food every single day over and over again. That of course (and I'm sure all of you reading this can vouch for) will make me lose the desire altogether to diet. This is different though, and the diet menu for losing weight fast that you choose will be based on your selections. Let me explain further.No Need to Explain Further! Show Me the Diet Menu For Losing Weight Fast!Okay, with this diet menu plan, you will be given a selection of different foods to choose from, such as hard boiled eggs, sausage links, bacon (yes, bacon), chicken, turkey slices, nuts, different fruits, vegetables, banana milk shakes (sounds weird to see shakes on a diet, right?), and even frozen yogurt!! Does this even sound like a diet menu for losing weight fast? Lol! Probably not, but keep reading further.I Already Like What I'm Reading So Far! I'm Interested After you choose your selections based on the instructions within the program itself, it will then generate you a diet menu that you will follow for about 11 days. There are of course certain stipulations, but for me who's actually not a dieter and majorly skeptical about diets (I love food), I can honestly say that I was able to not only remain on this diet menu plan, but I enjoyed most of the meals I ate, which is great especially with most diet plans having a reputation of not having the greatest tasting food or the heaviest restrictions!So Do You Have An Example Of This Diet Menu For Losing Weight Fast? Well, while I can't put up the entire menu because it would take up too much space here than allowed (and not everyone will like the food choices that maybe I chose versus what you can choose), I can give you a portion of it that you can actually start trying to see what you think. Here's the first few days of the diet menu for losing weight fast that I generated:Day 1:- Meal #1 Regular Cheese Slices Hard Boiled Eggs Fresh Oranges- Meal #2 Scrambled Eggs Sausage Links- Meal #3 Tuna Salad Plate Low Fat Milk Bowl of Green Beans- Meal #4 Chicken Turkey Slices Garden Salad-------------------------------------------------------Day 2:- Meal #1, 2, and 3: FRUIT ONLY Oranges, Pears, Apples, Grapes, Peaches, Plums, Strawberries, Kiwis, Grapefruit- Meal #4 Deli Meat Sandwich 2 pieces of regular sized sandwich bread (whole wheat works best) Deli Meat such as Roast Beef, Ham, Pastrami, Turkey. NO CHEESE on sandwich. Mustard is allowed, no Mayo (if you must, spread very lightly) Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions are okay.-------------------------------------------------------Day 3:- Meal #1 Bacon Strips Regular Cheese Slices (or blocked or shredded)- Meal #2 Hard Boiled Eggs Scrambled Eggs- Meal #3 Sausage Links Tuna Salad Plate (tuna fish from the can mixed with light mayo over lettuce) Fruit Salad Dessert- Meal #4 Low Fat Milk Chicken--------------------------------------------------------Day 4:- Meal #1 Turkey Slices Bacon Strips- Meal #2 Regular Cheese Slices Hard Boiled Eggs Orange Pineapple Smoothie- Meal #3 Scrambled Eggs Sausage Links- Meal #4 Tuna Salad Plate Low Fat MilkAs you can see above, this is a portion of the diet menu for losing weight fast that I chose. It gives you four meals for each day, and again, the menu plan itself is for 11 days. However, you cannot repeat the exact menu above to total 11 days, because that's not how the diet plan worksFor example, Day 2 lists fruit all day and a sandwich. That type of day does not repeat itself again, so if you were trying to copy this menu above and use it three times, it wouldn't work out well. You need to generate your diet menu for the full 11 days instead. However, you CAN start trying the diet for the first 4 days from what's above if you choose, and see if you lose some weight. As you can see, some of the foods on the list are pretty tasty in nature. And with items above like "Turkey Slices" for example, I always added a light bit of iceberg lettuce (which has low calories and not much else) and added some turkey slices into pieces to make my own turkey salad with mustard. So it almost tasted like eating a sandwich without the bread. You can improvise with the diet menu a bit, but don't do too much outside the box with it.I'm Interested, Where Do I Go To Learn More About This Diet Menu For Losing Weight Fast? Okay now, as far as the list above goes, you don't have to eat each meal in the same order that it is listed in for you to lose weight. Nor do you have to eat every single component of the meal mentioned. But, you must choose at least one if you decide not to eat all listed items. The key is to eat them but not get full off of any of the meals. You're eating to be satisfied, but not stuffed. And, another requirement is drinking lots of water throughout the day (which is good anyway if you want to cleanse your body, kidneys, and not worry about developing kidney stones down the line if you don't drink much water now).And as far as condiments are concerned, you are a bit limited in condiments, but the options you can use aren't bad. You can use ketchup, yellow mustard, barbecue sauce, salsa, salt, pepper, lemon juice, or seasoning salts and spices. So in a nutshell, that is a majority of what you are allowed. Light vinagrettes are also okay though the diet menu doesn't specify it. However, any heavy creams like ranch dressing for example, aren't allowed.One other thing that I forgot to mention (which you'll probably enjoy hearing) is that after 11 days, there are 3 cheat days that you can enjoy. You can enjoy eating the things you love! Just don't get full off of whatever you eat. Oh Yeah, I'm Interested In This Diet Menu For Losing Weight Fast! I can say though that this diet menu for losing weight not only helped me lose about 20 pounds within 7 weeks to date so far (dropping me from about 187 to 167 pounds), but it's also improved my health eating habits as well. I'm more conscious now as to what I eat, and I've been maintaining a steady weight. I'm still doing the plan as my goal is to lose another 10 to 15 pounds.If you're interested in learning more about this diet menu for losing weight, give it a glance at the link below.
