I have a 3 1/2 year old Jack Russell. His name is Charlie, and he is all white with red around both eyes and ears. He was very abused when I got him. He did not know any basic commands, was not potty trained, and he has his front teeth filed down from something that happened in the passed.
I am going to be up front. He has many "issues". He is very very timid when it comes to certain things. Don't get me wrong he will play and let you cuddle with him. But if you try to discipline him when he does something wrong he will not listen and shake in a corner. I have taught him sit, stay, shake hands, roll over, potty trained him, and he walks on a leash. He also can be let loose. He needs and very patient person, and some one with lots of time. He loves to cuddle and get attention. He just needs a lot of work. I do not have time nor the patients for an abused dog. I was not told he was abused so I do not want to lie to any one else. I had him fixed about a 9 months ago. He still needs to be updated on shots.
