Wilbur is not fixed, but he is a registered pure bred Persian.He is long haired. He needs a quiet peaceful home. Preferably no dogs, but he loves kittens. He needs to be brushed every day or every other day. He also needs his eyes cleaned out often. He is a very sweet and loving cat, but also enjoys being alone and independent. If interested let me know. I purchased him for a little over 900, but due to my allergies I am forced to find him a new home.
