Late WWII Imperial Japanese Army Air Force fighter project based on the Ki-84, but constructed largely of wood. Kit features recessed panel lines, detailed cockpit, twin-row radial engine, separate cowl flap ring and spinner, boxed-in wheel wells and 1-piece canopy. Decals and color painting guide for 2 conjectural IJA aircraft in Japan during late 1945: 'Red 8' of 182 Shinbu Tai and 'White 16' of 520 Regiment at Nakatsu.
