Our recently rescued Mexican Redheaded Amazon Paco is an absolutely gorgeous little man. He is 25 years old and has a sparkling health record. He just received a PROPER wing, nail, and beak trim from the Board Certified Avian Veterinary at the clinic I work in as well as an examination. We are very sad we have to do this, but we have other smaller birds, conures, and he has tried to attack them multiple times. He is absolutely fine with our Congo African Grey, we think he needs to go to a one-bird or larger bird only flock. WE ARE ONLY TAKING SERIOUS INQUIRERS. We would keep him if we had an extra room for him, as I do not like to give up on my rescues. However, as things are, we cannot separate him from our other birds and it is not fair to our first birds. It breaks my heart. We will include his cage, his playstand, perches, bowls, toys, and a great deal of information, as I am an Avian Vet Tech and an avid aviculturist. Paco steps up, knows turn around, wave, and can say a few words including "hello", "paco", and "how are you?" | | | | | | | | | | | |
