We are the largest public insurance adjusting firm in the country. We've been in business 18 years and are rapidly expanding, especially in IL and NW Indiana. When a property owner, either residential or commercial, has damage to their property and needs to file a claim with their insurance company, our job is to represent them to the insurance company. This is similar to hiring an attorney. Our job is to visit the property, inspect the damage and take care of all of the paperwork and red tape. I want to emphasize that we don't sell insurance or work for an insurance company. We help people with their insurance problems. You could call us consumer advocates for the policyholders. We negotiate with the insurance companies on their behalf. Our entry level position is claims representative. As a claims rep you schedule a short presentation of our service and perform a property inspection to see if the policyholder has any covered damage, if so, you fill out the paperwork and send it on to the corporate office, which handles the rest. There is no estimating or negotiating on your part. You only perform a visual inspection of the property and fill out the forms. If this sounds like something you would like to learn more about, the next step in the process would be for you to attend a pre-interview orientation. The purpose of this is to answer most of the questions you have about this opportunity before we sit down for your formal interview. The orientation typically lasts about forty five minutes, and will cover information about the company, industry, job description and compensation plan.
No experience necessary. Training program for licensing available to the right applicants. Send resume/work history and contact info.
