2006 Hurricane 31H $59,000 w/10K miles
This is a very nice Class A coach with only 10,000 miles (247 hours) driven since new. It is built on a F53 Ford chassis equipped with a Triton V10 with antilock disk brakes all the way around. There has never been a leak or water damage to this coach. It is a well maintained unit that has no musty odors or moldy corners.
Apart from the great standard equipment it came with including a continental bath to the bedroom and 4K generator, power entry step, slide covers, 17 foot awning and microwave, it has many add on items not seen on some coaches of this model. The options added were power and auto stabilizing jacks, rear view camera, Leather front seats and couch, Day/night shades, cherry cabinetry and outside shower.
I have added a second air-conditioner that is ceiling ducted adding to the original unit for super cooling when needed. Each of the units is controlled with their own thermostat, black water power wash, flat screen LED TV and new upconverter DVD player. I have also added a built in Kenwood DVD/navigation/satellite radio system. The generator has a mere 21 hours on it with a new maintenance kit included. It has a GRCW of 26,000 lbs and a GVWR of 18,000 lbs allowing for about 3,000 lbs of gear and no problem towing most rigs.
The unit is always under cover when not in use and the tires have always been protected from the elements. The rubber roof has been maintained twice yearly and has no tears or holes in it.
Purchased a new larger unit is the only reason we are parting with it as it is a great family fun coach. The table makes into a bed and the couch flips out also. It will sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 kids.
