I just accepted a new job in Kansas City so I am looking to sign over my lease soon!
This is a super cute 2 bedroom (720 sq. ft) apartment at Berkeley Flats at 11th & Indiana -- they have wonderful on-site management, are pet friendly and right next to the KU football stadium! This particular apartment has a great deck area overlooking a courtyard with a grill! You will be 5 minutes walking distance to the KU campus and right next to the Oread Hotel and just a few minutes from downtown Lawrence.
I will say one of the bedrooms is a bit smaller than the other so it would be great for a couple or one person who wants a bit more space (the smaller bedroom makes a great office or studio)! Or if one roommate doesn't mind having a slightly smaller room it's great for two friends! :) The paint and carpet were just redone in August too!
This is a great complex to live in -- I would not be leaving if it wasn't for a new job. I have lived within the complex for almost 4 years: they have wonderful, friendly management and it's close to everything you need in Lawrence.
