Hi --

I am offering a 5 acre lot in Collin County that I own. It is a beautiful piece of property within easy reach of I75 and Preston Road/Dallas Tollway North with Celina schools. I believe it is possible to use McKinney schools as well with special arrangement but am not sure. It is covered in pecan trees and persimmon as well as many other trees and hasn't been cleared for over 50 years if that. It is roughly square in shape and the south boundary is a well-established creek. The east and north boundary are a road and the west boundary is another 5 acre tract. The north half of the property is high and it slopes down to the creek to the south. There are no restrictions on the property and it is not in a city, it is Collin County. The nearest city is Weston. Anna is 5 miles east. All utilities are available. There is no homeowners association. The nearest address I have is my house at 3130 Rigsby Lane, Celina, TX 75009, but this land isn't near Celina, it is about 1 mile S. of Weston, Tx, 75097.

Current prices trading for acreage here in 5 acre lots is $25,000 an acre and I am pricing this lot for a fast sale at only $20,000 an acre. I am the owner and not a broker. I just don't need so much undeveloped land any more.

If you are looking for privacy with a short commute to North Dallas, this is the acerage for you. I have been here 30 years and most of my neighbors own 5-10 or 20 acres or more. I own another 5 acres nearby and live there.
