Hooping is a great way to get fit with a low impact, full body workout. It helps your balance, coordination and stress reduction in a endlessly creative way. This is an on going class drop ins and all levels are welcomed.Hula hoops will be provided with the option to buy your own at the end of the class. Hoops are also sold in stores, Earth Treasures Us in the Coronado mall and Serotonin in Nob Hill. Weekly classes, private lessons and workshops taught by;
