Timing: This spectacular "Motorhome Rental Package" begins afternoon Thursday October 17, 2013 through Sunday October 20, 2013. All times are EST. Must depart on Sunday morning October 20, 2013 by 9:00 AM.
Motorhome Details: 40'Luxury Damon Escaper, two slides with Heat and AC. Amenities include all bedding, fresh sheets, pillows, microwave, side by side refrigerator/freezer and private bath. Sleeping accommodations are for 3 couples or 5 individuals. This Coach has one queen bed in the master stateroom, a queen sofa bed in the main salon, a dinette conversion to standard bed, a J-Lounger and one fold out bunk bed. This Coach has 3 TV's plus one 19" TV on the outside viewing platform. National Direct TV Coverage is included in this package. Standard Outside amenities with this Coach include 6 chairs, 2 large coolers, patio carpet, 2 tables, commercial gas grill and utensils. Direct TV for race viewing. Gas grill, 5 chairs, patio carpet and table are also provided. This Motorhome has now been upgraded with an outside entertainment door with 32" LCD TV and sound system. We have also added a professionally manufactured / installed viewing platform for 5 persons, 19"LCD TV, 4 chairs, flag pole, drink holders and large platform umbrella.
Diesel Fuel & Generator Usage: All included in this Rental Package. This package also includes "one tank" fresh water supply of 109 gallons. Sanitation disposal is the responsibility of the renter.
Rental Rates include all of the above!
$5500.00 Damon Escaper Motorhome Rental on Our Lot or Yours
Rates will vary if Motorhome is placed on your lot. Please call for details.
Other:
- Payment must be made via Company Check, Cashier Check or Money Order.
- Must sign a standard a standard motorhome rental agreement prior to occupancy.
- Must have a valid drivers license and be at least 25 years of age
- A $1000.00 refundable security deposit will hold this Motorhome rental.
- Balance due 45 days prior to your arrival & occupancy.
- Security deposits will be refunded at time of departure, pending no damage was found on Motorhome.
- No refunds with less than 30 days cancellation.
- This Motorhome cannot be moved or leave the Camping area.
- Autos must remain in your designated Parking Zone.
- Rental sales tax will be added to all rental rates.
- ADMISSION TICKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE !
