Regular On-call maintenance cleaning per worker charge is $100.00 minimum, which covers the first 3-hours of work. It is $25.00 for each additional hour. * Bi-monthly maintenance cleaning charge per worker is discounted $5 OFF each appointment. * Weekly maintenance cleaning charge per worker is discounted $10 OFF each appointment.
