Shipping
Most of the items are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse with a 99.9% fill rate, and may be stocked in multiple warehouses throughout the United States.
Please have a valid residential or commercial shipping address when ordering. For heavier items that require freight shipping, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO-FPO addresses due to shipper restrictions.
*We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect addresses at the time of your order, so please double check and make sure you input the correct address.
Military address: We can ship smaller items up to 50 lbs. to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to a military address works very differently than regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the military and then the military takes over and delivers to the various bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Mail we can no longer track it. Please be aware that the military will also confiscate some items that they think are inappropriate. You can find further information on shipping to military addresses at USPS.com. You will need an assigned RA# for any returned items. Any items being returned, must be in their original box in the same condition (brand new) as they were upon being shipped out.
Buyer may be responsible for returned shipping fees on certain items, and may be charged a 10-15% restock fee on specific items that are returned.
Please DO NOT damage the original box or packaging until you have had a chance to look over the item (s), and are 100% satisfied with your purchase! All the original paperwork, receipts, invoices, and any warranty papers, and original box, must be included.
