3. All offers of purchase must be in writing to me and I will submit it to the Court through my attorney.
4. No legal expenses whatsoever and at any time will be incurred by the Buyer.
5. Trailer cannot be sold separately from land prior to final closing.
6. THE DEFENDANT: is in California, lost court case and therefore has no legal say in selling price or conditions of sale.
7. Half the proceeds of the sale must be in cash and will go to the Defendant.

I am the winning Plaintiff in the lawsuit and will accept the following offer for MY half-ownership of land and trailer IN LIEU OF CASH:
