The perfect, cheapest way to add a room or storage without all the hastle.I have a few yurts for sale, there are in great shape and all custom built. The lattice walls are all a full 1.5in thick with all stainless steel hardware, NO Cheap aluminum RIVETS. We use safari canvas instead of inexpensive vinyl that gets way too hot to be in during the day. I'm building these and my prototypes that were displays are now for sale since im building 16ft ones . The cool thing about the 12ft yurts is that there actually almost 13ft and for good reason. The county of Honolulu stated that each parcel of land, whether suburban or rural, town or country can have 1 unpermitted structure as long as you don't exceed the 120 Sq Ft size, so each one 119.5 Sq Ft
